We are super happy with the new kitchen, bathrooms and flooring that we got through Gavin and his crew at Craft Kitchen and Bath. We actually remodeled our home from out of town and we could not have asked for a better contractor. These are the things that stood out to us: Responsiveness From the very beginning, Gavin was very responsive to our questions and requests. We were able to communicate with Gavin through text, email and Whatsapp. After the project was completed, we noticed a few things that needed to be fixed/adjusted and as soon as we let him know about it, he sent someone over to make it right. Pricing Gavin is very transparent in his pricing. Throughout the project we would ask for some extra work to be done and he would give us a quote beforehand. Gavin also has established relationships with other companies so he can vouch for their quality. He was also able to pass along his contractor pricing onto us. My husband and I were looking for a custom vanity without the custom price. Gavin was able to assist us in figuring out how we could modify a cabinet to meet our needs. He did my kitchen it came perfect I love it everyone love it they keep asking me who did it to me they’re not charging a lot. I contact too many people before him to do my kitchen they cost a lot, but he is not.
